Ingredients

kale

mustard greens (or collard greens)

apple
(I used granny smith)

green onion

balsamic vinegar

olive oil

Tbsp.
honey

Tbsp.
dijon mustard

craisins
pine nuts or walnuts (optional)
Instructions
Finely chop the kale and mustard greens.
Add chopped green onion. This is a great job for a kid. My eight year old was helping today.
Add chopped apple and craisins.
Whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, and dijon mustard for the dressing. Adjust amounts to taste.
Toss everything together with the dressing and enjoy! Note: you may not need all the dressing.
